Excel sheet for tracking active jobs

I need an excel sheet that I can use to track the active jobs I have. I have a group of employees who are assigned a new job every day or two days. Sometimes a job is given while the employee still has an active job. I need this excel sheet to keep track of the active jobs. The sheet will need to have a column for the job title. Then a column for the employee / group tasked with the job. Then a date of which it was assigned. Then it needs to have a column that automatically updates with the number of days since it was assigned. I also need the cells that have the number of days to be colored for example: if it’s been 1 day the cell would be green, if it’s been like 3 days it would become yellow. So on until it becomes red which means late. Depending on the job title different days have different deadlines. I also need a column for “submitted by”. I will provide more on my requirements as well.
