Exchange Online, Email Deliverability & Web Infrastructure Administrator

Campfire Interactive is seeking an experienced professional to identify, administer, investigate, and optimize our email, DNS, domain, web hosting, and marketing email infrastructure. We have documented email delivery and infrastructure issues with real evidence that require in-depth technical investigation and resolution. Responsibilities & Qualifications: Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 mail flow Investigate documented email delivery failures using message traces, headers, SMTP logs, and other diagnostic tools Manage email deliverability, including SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, MX records, and domain/IP reputation Diagnose issues that extend beyond Microsoft 365 into recipient mail systems, spam filters, security gateways, and the public internet Administer and troubleshoot HubSpot and Apollo email platforms, including email marketing, sales outreach, domain authentication, sending domains, CRM integrations, and deliverability Optimize marketing and outbound email performance while maintaining sender reputation and inbox placement Administer DNS and domain services across AWS Route 53, GoDaddy, IONOS, Cloudflare, and similar providers Manage website hosting, SSL certificates, DNS changes, domain transfers, and website migrations Administer AWS services related to DNS and web hosting Use AI-powered tools to accelerate investigation, root cause analysis, documentation, and solution development Recommend and implement permanent corrective actions and infrastructure improvements Document findings, root causes, and remediation steps with clear technical detail Project Overview This engagement is focused on investigating real-world email deliverability and infrastructure issues affecting Campfire Interactive. We have evidence, logs, message traces, and documented failures to review. The ideal candidate has deep experience across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, HubSpot, Apollo, DNS, website hosting, and email marketing, and can independently identify root causes, validate findings with evidence, and implement lasting solutions that improve deliverability, sender reputation, and overall system reliability.
