I am seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who can become a trusted operational partner and eventually help manage client relationships as the business continues to grow. This is not an entry level position. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. I am not looking for someone who simply manages a calendar, answers emails, or checks tasks off a list. I am looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, solve problems, stay organized, and help drive execution. The right person will become an extension of my business. You will help manage priorities, organize operations, support client relationships, protect my time, and ensure that opportunities never fall through the cracks. As trust and responsibility grow, this role may evolve into managing certain client relationships, overseeing communication, and serving as an account manager for select clients. Your Mission Your mission is simple: Protect the executive's time. Create organization from complexity. Maintain exceptional client experiences. Ensure execution. You are not simply completing tasks. Responsibilities ✅ Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling ✅ Organize daily, weekly, and long-term priorities ✅ Manage email communication and inbox organization ✅ Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding action items ✅ Coordinate meetings, follow ups, and scheduling ✅ Assist with research, organization, and problem solving ✅ Maintain CRM systems and client records ✅ Support sales and business development efforts ✅ Handle administrative and operational responsibilities ✅ Assist with project management and execution ✅ Ensure that nothing falls through the cracks ✅ Serve as a point of contact for select clients ✅ Maintain ongoing communication with assigned clients ✅ Monitor client satisfaction and support client success ✅ Coordinate client requests and internal follow up ✅ Help deliver an exceptional client experience Requirements 🔹 Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or high-level Virtual Assistant 🔹 Excellent written and spoken English 🔹 Exceptional organizational abilities 🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills 🔹 Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 🔹 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities 🔹 High attention to detail 🔹 Comfortable communicating with clients professionally 🔹 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 🔹 Strong sense of ownership and accountability 🔹 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience supporting entrepreneurs, founders, executives, or business owners ⭐ Experience managing client relationships or accounts ⭐ Experience with CRM systems ⭐ Experience with project management software ⭐ Experience with appointment setting or sales support ⭐ Experience with customer success or account management ⭐ Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems ⭐ Experience with outbound communication and follow up ⭐ Bilingual candidates are a plus Who You Are You take ownership.
