You are not someone who needs a week to figure out a new situation. You are someone who figures it out in hours and keeps moving. This is also not a role where the commitment is to a job description. That is not a marketing line. It is the foundation. Two brands make up the work you will be supporting: **TheNickStrand.com** is the personal speaking and coaching brand. Nick Strand is a keynote speaker and coach targeting entrepreneurs, business leaders, and high performers. The content, outreach, and systems on this side are built around credibility, stage presence, and transformational impact. **ChooseYourAttitude.com** is the apparel and mindset movement brand. Think community, resilience, bold visual identity, and a customer who is actively choosing to push through something hard. You will be working across both. The operations, the people, and the mission are connected. ----- ## What This Role Actually Is You are the connective tissue between all the moving parts. The founder is a keynote speaker who needs to be focused on the stage, not managing systems. Your job is to make sure everything that supports that stays organized, responsive, and moving. That means you are inside ClickUp managing tasks and keeping the team coordinated. It means you are responding to emails and outreach in the founder’s voice when needed. It means you are working inside Claude and other AI tools to help maintain operational systems. It means you are organizing assets in Google Drive so the content team can find what they need. It means when something needs to happen fast, you are the one who makes it happen. You will be working directly with a team that includes speaking management, email marketing, a website developer, and a content team producing regular output across both brands. You connect those people. You keep the information flowing. You catch the things that fall through the gaps before they become problems. Specific areas of responsibility: **ClickUp Management.** You live in ClickUp. You understand task hierarchy, views, list structure, and how to keep a workspace organized across multiple active projects and brands. You update tasks, flag blockers, and keep the team’s work visible without being asked to. **Email and Outreach.** You respond to emails and manage outreach pipelines. This includes speaking and podcast outreach, partnership correspondence, and general inbox management. You write in someone else’s voice and get it right. **AI System Support.** The brand runs systems inside Claude and other AI platforms. You are comfortable working inside those environments, maintaining knowledge bases, and helping the team get the most out of the tools we have built. **Google Drive Organization.** Assets, files, and documents need to be in the right place with the right names. You maintain the structure that already exists and flag when something is missing or misplaced. **Social Media Support.** You understand the difference between how content is built for LinkedIn versus Instagram versus TikTok. You can help layout content, coordinate scheduling, and support the content team operationally without needing to be a creator yourself. **Story and Content Database.** The brand has a growing library of story assets and content references. You help maintain and organize that so the team can pull from it efficiently. **Shopify and Apparel Brand Support.** You understand how a Shopify-based apparel business operates. You do not need to be a developer, but you need to understand the storefront, product organization, and how it connects to email and marketing. **Project and Team Coordination.** You are the person who sees what needs to happen next and makes sure it does. You are comfortable coordinating across team members, tracking deliverables, and escalating when something is at risk. ----- ## What You Must Already Know No guessing. No “I can learn it.” These are the areas where you need to have real, working knowledge before you apply. ClickUp at a real operational level. Not just using tasks. Building lists, creating views, managing a workspace across multiple projects. Google Drive organization and file management at a professional standard. Business fundamentals including sales funnels (top, middle, bottom), customer avatars, and how both shape content and outreach decisions. Email marketing platforms and how campaigns, sequences, and list segmentation work. Shopify at a working level for an apparel or product-based business. AI tools, specifically Claude. You are comfortable working inside AI-assisted systems, not just prompting for quick answers. Social media platform differences. LinkedIn operates differently than Instagram, which operates differently than TikTok. You understand those differences at a strategic and practical level. Outreach workflows for speaking, podcast, or partnership contexts. Spreadsheets. You can build and maintain organized spreadsheet documents without needing a tutorial. ----- ## The Intangibles That Matter Just As Much Urgency. When something needs to move, it moves. You do not sit on things. Ownership. If it is in your lane, you own it completely. You do not hand it back half-done. Judgment. You make decisions when decisions need to be made. You ask the one question that actually needs an answer and move from there. Commitment to the mission. The team here did not take this role as a job. They took it because the message matters to them. That same energy is what makes this team work. It is not required on day one, but it is expected to develop. Communication. You tell people what they need to know before they have to ask. If something is blocked, you say so. If something is done, you confirm it. You do not disappear. ----- ## The Team You Will Be Joining You will be working with a team that spans speaking management, email marketing, website development, and content creation. Everyone on the team has been brought in over time and is genuinely committed to what this brand is building. Over time, this role tends to become more of a partnership than a job. That is not a sales pitch. It is just what happens when someone shows up fully and stays. ----- ## Engagement Details This is a part-time contract to start. The scope grows with your performance and reliability. Rate is open based on experience.
