Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & to support the CEO of a fast-growing event technology and media company. This role combines executive support, marketing coordination, event operations, partnership management, and content administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally with partners and sponsors, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage CEO inbox and email correspondence Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the CEO Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars Assist with project management and task tracking Maintain partnership and deliverable trackers Marketing & Communications Create and edit social media content Assist with audience engagement and community outreach Event Management Create and manage event listings Build event registration pages Configure ticketing and registration settings Update event details and attendee communications Monitor attendee registration and reporting Coordinate event-related logistics Send attendee updates and event notifications Partnership & Sponsorship Support Assist with sponsorship outreach and follow-up Create sponsorship proposals and decks Draft partnership agreements and communications Track sponsor deliverables Coordinate partner assets and promotional requirements Research prospective sponsors and partners Administrative Tasks Document management Internal reporting General administrative support Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Experience supporting executives or founders Experience with email marketing platforms Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working independently Preferred Experience Event management or event technology experience Marketing and communications background Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, WordPress, and CRM systems Experience drafting professional business correspondence Newsletter and email marketing experience Sponsorship and partnership coordination experience Working Style Highly responsive and proactive Strong problem-solving skills Ability to anticipate needs before being asked Comfortable working with deadlines Professional and client-facing Hours: Monday- Friday ( some weekends may be needed will request in advance) 8:30 AM CT-4:30PM CT
