# We're Hiring: Account Manager ### Summary **Company:** Helm We're looking for a highly personable, caring, and proactive **Executive Assistant** who genuinely enjoys building relationships with people. Success is about being someone clients and staffers genuinely enjoy working with. You'll serve as the trusted point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident in partnering with us. We're especially interested in candidates who have spent a high volume of time speaking with **U.S. business owners. ## Responsibilities ### Client Relationship Management * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. * Build genuine, trust-based relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. * Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they always feel informed, supported, and valued. * Deliver an outstanding client experience through responsiveness, empathy, and reliability. ### Staffer Support & Success * Build positive relationships with staffers placed with clients. * Coach and encourage staffers to help them succeed in their roles. * Facilitate productive conversations between clients and staffers when needed. ### Account Growth & Retention * Develop long-term relationships that naturally lead to client retention. * Identify opportunities for additional staffing support as client needs evolve. * Partner with the sales team on expansion opportunities when appropriate. ### Account Operations * Coordinate day-to-day communication between clients and staffers. * Ensure expectations are clear and both parties stay aligned. * Keep accurate documentation of client interactions and account activity. ### CRM & Process Management * Maintain accurate account records using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar). * Track account activity and follow up consistently. * Gather client feedback to improve the customer experience. ## Requirements & Qualifications * Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills. * Naturally warm, empathetic, and easy to talk to. * Someone clients immediately feel comfortable trusting. * Experience communicating with **U.S. business owners or decision-makers** on a daily basis. * Experience in the **staffing, recruiting, or professional services industry** is highly preferred. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Strong follow-through and organizational skills. * Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously. * Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed. * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly. * High integrity and professionalism. * Growth-minded and eager to learn. ## Location Remote ## Schedule 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (40 hours per week) (8 hours a day) ## Compensation $10.00–$23.00 USD per hour, depending on experience. ## Equipment A reliable personal computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet, professional remote work environment. ## How to Apply Apply through this posting.
