We have an established team, proven systems, and a steady flow of client work. We're looking for a part-time Executive Assistant & Creative Operations Coordinator to help keep projects moving, hold team members accountable, support the founder, and assist with creative tasks when needed. This is not a traditional virtual assistant role. This is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, improves processes, and helps keep the founder out of the weeds. RESPONSIBILITES: * Track projects and deadlines * Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed * Help manage day-to-day operations * Communicate with clients when necessary * Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements * Assist with administrative and executive support tasks * Create podcast cover art and simple branded graphics * Make light edits to videos and short-form content * Maintain organization across multiple ongoing projects REQUIRED SKILLS: * Strong written and verbal English communication * Exceptional organizational skills * High attention to detail * Graphic design experience (Canva required) * Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) * Project management experience * Google Workspace proficiency * Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF: * You take ownership instead of waiting for instructions * You naturally follow up and keep people accountable * You enjoy improving systems and processes * You are resourceful and proactive * You communicate clearly and professionally * You are comfortable working directly with a founder * You like figuring things out instead of asking for every answer THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF: * You need step-by-step instructions for every task * You struggle with deadlines or follow-through * You only want to do graphic design or video editing * You dislike accountability * You need constant supervision to stay productive HOURS: * Part-time * Approximately 20–25 hours per week * Flexible schedule * Some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred COMPENSATION: * Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skill level * Long-term opportunity for the right person * Consistent weekly workload * Opportunity for increased responsibility and growth over time APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: To confirm you've actually read this job post, start your application with the words: "Podcasts SUCK."
