Title: Executive Assistant / Founder Operations Assistant (High Performance, Travel, Business & Lifestyle Support) Description: I am looking for a highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Founder Operations Assistant to work directly with me. This is not a normal VA role. You will become my right-hand person helping organise business operations, travel, lifestyle logistics, reporting, follow-ups and execution. I run sales-focused businesses (AI, high-ticket sales, luxury/concierge) and want to focus almost entirely on closing deals, health, training and growth. Your role is to remove friction, organise chaos, create structure and help maintain momentum. You must be highly organised, proactive, calm under pressure and excellent at follow-through. You should enjoy taking ownership and solving problems without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Business Support • Inbox management • Calendar management • Follow-up coordination • CRM updates and organisation • Weekly KPI reporting • Chasing tasks and keeping projects moving • Managing freelancers and external contractors • Research tasks • SOP and document organisation • Meeting scheduling and reminders • Light operations support Personal / Lifestyle Support • Travel planning (hotels, flights, transfers) • Restaurant bookings • Scheduling training/recovery appointments • Helping organise routines and weekly priorities • Lifestyle admin and organisation Requirements • Excellent written and spoken English • Extremely organised and detail-oriented • Fast response times • Strong initiative and ownership mindset • Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ChatGPT, CRMs and online tools • Calm, professional communication • Strong problem-solving ability What I Value • Execution over excuses • Ownership over hand-holding • Organisation over chaos • Momentum over perfection • Strong communication and reliability This role may become long term and eventually include travel support for the right person.
