Title: Director of Execution — Real Estate Investing Business (GHL Required) About the Company Grab The Map (GTM) is a real estate investing education and acquisitions brand based in DFW with active operations in Texas and Mississippi. Our CEO is an active investor, wholesaler, and high-ticket coach who runs a 100+ unit rental portfolio and a done-with-you coaching program called the Inner Circle. We close real deals and teach real investors how to do the same. We are growing and need one elite virtual operator to run the day-to-day so the CEO can stay focused on closing deals and coaching clients. The Role This is a full-time virtual position. You will own the operational machine of a real, active real estate business. This is not a task list job — you will be expected to manage pipelines, protect the CEO's schedule, coordinate across team members, and proactively flag problems before they become fires. You will own five areas: 1. Wholesale Pipeline Manage all leads in GoHighLevel, track deal status, follow up with sellers and buyers, coordinate contracts, and deliver a daily pipeline snapshot to the CEO before 8 AM. 2. Coaching Program Operations Manage Inner Circle client onboarding, track 90-day client milestones, schedule coaching calls, and follow up with leads generated from Facebook comment triggers (MAP, FAST, FLIP, PASSIVE keywords in GHL). 3. Portfolio & Property Coordination Coordinate with the DFW operations manager and Mississippi property manager, track rent collections across a 100+ unit portfolio, maintain lender communication logs, and flag anything time-sensitive immediately. 4. CEO Schedule & System Protection Own the CEO's daily schedule, filter inbound requests, prepare the morning briefing, and track all commitments and deadlines across every business line. 5. Reporting Deliver a weekly scorecard covering wholesale pipeline activity, Inner Circle enrollments, and portfolio collections. Present it to the CEO every Friday. Your Day Looks Like This 7:00–7:45 AM CT — Pull overnight leads, update pipeline, deliver CEO morning briefing via Slack 8:00–10:00 AM — Revenue ops: wholesale follow-ups, coaching lead nurture, GHL pipeline management 10:00 AM–12:00 PM — Portfolio coordination: property managers, lender logs, rent tracking 12:00–2:00 PM — Coaching admin: client onboarding, call scheduling, enrollment pipeline 2:00–4:30 PM — Content support, CRM hygiene, VA task coordination 4:30–5:00 PM — End of day close: update statuses, prep tomorrow's briefing outline Requirements — Non-Negotiable GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is required. Real estate background — wholesaling, investing, or property management Available Monday–Friday during US Central Time business hours Excellent written English Proven ability to manage multiple priorities without daily direction Professional home office setup with reliable high-speed internet Strong Advantages Prior experience as a virtual executive assistant or operations manager Familiarity with motivated seller and cash buyer workflows YouTube content calendar and upload experience Experience managing other VAs or contractors Texas or Mississippi market familiarity What We Pay Base: $4,000–$6,000/month depending on experience Wholesale deal bonus: $250–$500 per closed deal you moved through the pipeline Inner Circle enrollment bonus: $150 per client you helped convert 90-day paid trial with structured performance review Long-term path to Operations Director / COO for the right person Total compensation for a high performer: $60,000–$85,000+ annually.
