I'm hiring my right-hand person — a sharp, punctual Executive Assistant who will run my daily lead operations and manage the contractors who feed my pipeline. This is a 6-day-per-week role (Monday through Saturday). If you can't commit to that schedule, please don't apply. The single most important deliverable Every morning, by the time I open my laptop, I need a fully prepared call list of 50+ verified leads ready to dial and email immediately. Verified means: Direct mobile phone number (not switchboard, not assistant — actual C-suite cell) Confirmed work email (deliverable, not bounced) Full name, title, and LinkedIn URL Source company packet (ticker, employee count, GovCon contracts if applicable) Everything organized in a clean Google Sheet or in Apollo., ready for me to dial. No exceptions, no excuses, every business day. The pipeline you'll run I send you a list of target companies daily (10–25 companies) You build the executive map — every C-level officer (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CHRO, CRO, GC) plus all named Board members and Audit Committee Chairs You hand off the names to our skip tracer / lead finder (already engaged) for mobile numbers and verified emails You QA every returned record before it hits my call sheet You manage the skip tracer's daily output, accuracy, and turnaround time You prepare the morning brief with notes on the highest-priority targets Targets U.S. public companies (NYSE, NASDAQ), federal government contractors registered in SAM.gov, and public companies that hold federal contracts (Public GovCons). We are not chasing small businesses. Everyone on your list is a Fortune 5000 executive or a public company board member. Tools you must already know Apollo — required, non-negotiable, you should be able to build advanced filters in your sleep LinkedIn Sales Navigator Google Sheets / Excel (intermediate to advanced) Loom, Slack, Calendly, FedEx tracking You're a fit if You write clean English, communicate proactively, and never wait to be asked You are obsessed with punctuality — late deliverables are not a feature of this role You understand business — you can read a 10-K filing or a SAM.gov record without confusion You can commit to a 6-day schedule (Monday–Saturday) with morning hours overlapping U.S. Eastern Time (call sheet needed by 8 AM ET) Please I am looking to hire immediately and for long term...
