Executive Assistant - Must have excellent English

I am looking for an expert assistant that is extremely organised, understand how an agency environment works or has had brand experience. - WHAT YOU'LL DO • Source, vet, and onboard freelance editors/designers (Upwork + outreach) • Respond to client questions • Keep Asana, trackers and KPIs accurate and up to date • Relay briefs and draft clear client-facing updates • Pull weekly ad performance reports and flag what's worth noting [follow our sops] • Light executive support: calendar, inbox triage, follow-ups WHO YOU ARE (non-negotiables — we screen hard on these) • RELIABLE: stable power + high-speed internet, and you're online and contactable during your agreed hours. No disappearing mid-shift. • FULLY DEDICATED to this role during work hours — no juggling other clients on our time. • OWNS OUTCOMES: you finish what you start and flag blockers early, you don't go quiet and hand back half-done work. • FAST + accurate: a 20-minute task takes 20 minutes, not 4 hours. • Strong written English and proactive communication. NICE TO HAVE • Experience in a marketing/creative agency • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Asana, Figma, Canva • Experience managing freelancers HOURS: Full-time, with solid overlap with Australian (AEST) business hours.
