# Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator ### Growth Opportunity With Expanding Home Services Company We are a rapidly growing home services and renovation company serving residential clients throughout the United States through a combination of field operations, marketing, customer service, recruiting, and business development initiatives. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to work directly with ownership and play a key role in helping us scale. This is not a typical virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating organization, improving systems, solving problems, and helping a business grow. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to that growth and be part of something that is actively moving forward. ## Responsibilities * Customer lead follow-up * Estimate follow-up and tracking * CRM management and organization * Customer communication and support * Scheduling appointments and interviews * Recruiting support and applicant screening * Review request management * Business email management * Spreadsheet creation and reporting * Research and administrative projects * Marketing coordination and social media scheduling * Project photo organization and management * Workflow documentation and process improvement * General operations support ## What Success Looks Like Within your first few months, you will help us: * Improve customer follow-up systems * Increase organization and visibility of sales opportunities * Improve customer communication * Streamline recruiting efforts * Improve operational efficiency * Reduce administrative workload for ownership * Create and document repeatable systems We value initiative, problem-solving, communication, and results. ## Preferred Experience Candidates with experience supporting any of the following will be given strong consideration: * Construction companies * Home service businesses * Remodeling companies * HVAC companies * Plumbing companies * Roofing companies * Property management companies * Real estate businesses * Service-based businesses ## Preferred Skills * Excellent written and verbal English * Strong organizational ability * CRM experience * Spreadsheet proficiency * Customer service experience * Recruiting or hiring support experience * Social media scheduling experience * Process improvement mindset * Ability to work independently ## Technology Experience (Preferred) Experience with some or all of the following: * Google Workspace * Microsoft Office * CRM platforms * Canva * Indeed * Facebook Business Suite * Project management software * AI tools such as ChatGPT ## Who Will Thrive In This Role This position is ideal for someone who: * Takes ownership of their work * Enjoys solving problems * Likes creating structure and organization * Communicates proactively * Looks for ways to improve processes * Wants to contribute to the growth of a business ## Application Instructions To apply, please answer the following: 1.
