Executive Assistant & Operations Partner

Executive Business Partner to the CEO — Full Time, Long Term I run a fast-growing content agency (40 people, global team) in the music and entertainment space. I travel constantly and I need one person who takes my calendar, my travel, my inbox and my follow-ups off my plate entirely, and who tells me what I'm missing before I notice it myself. This is not a task-queue role. I want someone who reads a situation, makes the call, and brings me a recommendation instead of a question. Over time this person becomes the most important hire in the business. What you'll own: international travel and hotels, restaurant and meeting bookings, calendar and inbox, chasing my team and external partners, running small projects end to end, and preparing me for my day before I ask. Full time, 60 hours a week. Long term, not a project. South Africa strongly preferred for timezone reasons. Excellent spoken and written English is essential — we will work by call, voice note and text daily.
