Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant (Pilates Studio) **Part-Time | Remote | Flexible Hours** We are a boutique Pilates studio based in Albert Park, Melbourne, Australia, looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Studio Manager and Owner. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a premium wellness brand, loves organisation, and can confidently take initiative to help keep a busy studio running smoothly. **Hours** * Approximately 3–5 hours per week initially * Flexible working hours * Potential for additional hours during July and August while our Studio Manager is overseas in the UK **About Us** Harmony Pilates Studio is a boutique Pilates studio offering personalised Pilates in a premium, community-focused environment. We are growing quickly and are looking for someone who can assist with administrative, marketing, and operational tasks so our Studio Manager and Owner can focus on higher-level business growth. **Responsibilities** * Creating and scheduling weekly email newsletters * Managing simple administrative tasks * Assisting with social media content, posts, and Instagram stories * Researching and sourcing Pilates equipment, studio supplies, and other products * Placing online orders as required * Updating information within our studio management software (Momence) * Assisting with client communication when required * Helping organise studio events, workshops, and promotions * General virtual assistant support for the Studio Manager and Owner **Skills & Experience** * Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant * Strong written English and communication skills * Social media experience (Instagram and Facebook) * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Comfortable learning and using software platforms * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Experience with Momence (or similar booking/CRM software) is highly desirable but not essential **Ideal Candidate** You are proactive, reliable, and enjoy helping small businesses grow. You don't wait to be told every step—you look for solutions, identify opportunities, and help keep things moving.
