Executive Assistant for Content, Funnels & Appointment Setting

Looking for a sharp EA to run the daily marketing and client-acquisition side of my online business. Not a calendar role, you'll be writing, building, posting, and closing in DMs. Responsibilities: - Instagram Stories: daily (3–7 frames, repurposed from existing content) - Appointment setting: manage DMs/chat, handle objections, book qualified calls - Website funnels: build landing pages, opt-ins, and email sequences - Lead magnets: turn existing content into PDFs, guides, checklists - Content consistency: keep IG, YouTube, and Email shipping on schedule at a high standard - Weekly emails: write and send broadcasts to the list What We're Looking For: - Strong writer: clear, persuasive, and on-brand. You can turn a voice note or a rough idea into a caption, email, or DM reply that actually converts. - Gets sales conversations: you understand how a prospect moves from curiosity to objection to booked call, and you can steer that in chat without sounding salesy. - Collaborative with the content team: you'll work closely with our editors and designers to raise the bar on quality.
