Executive Assistant for Daily Co-Working & Task Management (AI-Fluent, LatAm)

I'm a US-based professional (Eastern time) working in animal advocacy and the alternative-protein industry. I generate far more ideas, projects, and connections than one person can hold, so things stall on follow-through, not vision. I'm looking for a sharp, AI-fluent right hand to work alongside me each day, keep me organized and focused, and turn momentum into finished work. What you'd do: Co-work with me live over video during my workday — keeping me focused, on task, and accountable Turn my messy voice notes and ideas into clear, ordered, actionable steps (this is the core skill) Manage tasks and projects — track everything in motion, keep it moving, and close loops without being reminded Follow up with people on my behalf and keep relationships warm Notion, calendar, email, light automation Draft messages, docs, and research using AI, then refine Keep an eye on alternative-protein industry news worth flagging to me You're a great fit if you: Finish things without being chased — you pick things up and run them to done Are excellent at organizing scattered thinking into a clear plan Are a calm, encouraging accountability presence (focus help, not nagging) Use AI tools daily and well — they make you faster Have strong, fluent spoken English and are comfortable on video for much of the day Are reliable, organized, discreet, and exercise good judgment A note on fit: My work is vegan/animal-advocacy aligned. You don't have to be vegan, but genuine interest in this space (or shared values) will make the work matter to you — and that interest is what I'm looking for.
