Summary

We are seeking an exceptional part-time Executive Assistant to support a family navigating a serious medical situation. The primary responsibility is helping followup with appointments/doctors/lab work, tissue management, and clinical trial outreach. This is not a passive administrative role. We need someone who is highly proactive, persistent, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
