Summary

I’m looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical VA who can help me implement tasks across several businesses, including real estate, content, marketing, and operations. This is not a basic admin role. I need someone who can help turn ideas, conversations, notes, and strategies into organized action. A big part of the role will also be working with me live on Zoom while I’m doing tasks. I have ADHD, and having someone present while I work helps me stay focused, organized, and moving forward. Responsibilities You’ll help with things like: Sitting on Zoom with me during work blocks to help me stay focused and on-task Taking messy ideas and turning them into clear tasks, checklists, SOPs, or next steps Organizing projects across different businesses Following up on tasks and making sure things don’t fall through the cracks Researching tools, vendors, competitors, or business ideas Helping implement systems in tools like Monday.com, Google Sheets, Notion, CRM platforms, etc. Reviewing details carefully and catching mistakes Creating summaries from calls, voice notes, texts, screenshots, or documents Helping me prioritize what needs to happen next Holding me accountable in a calm, professional way while I work Ideal Candidate You are: Very analytical Extremely detail-minded Organized and structured Comfortable being on Zoom for long work sessions Good at turning chaos into clear action Patient, focused, and calm Comfortable working across multiple businesses and projects Strong with Google Sheets, project management tools, and research Good at written English Not easily overwhelmed by fast-moving ideas Most Important Part The biggest part of this role is being a live implementation/accountability partner. You’ll often be on Zoom with me while I’m working, helping me stay focused, organize what I’m doing, write down action items, and make sure things actually get completed.
