Executive Marketing Writer to Build AI Legal Consulting Brand, Executive Bios & Sales Materials

We're launching a boutique consulting practice focused on helping law firms and corporate legal departments develop AI transformation strategies, organizational roadmaps, and legal technology implementation plans. We are looking for an experienced marketing writer with a strong background in executive positioning, professional services, consulting, and B2B marketing to help us package our team's experience into compelling client-facing materials. This is not a resume writing project. We're looking for someone who can translate three accomplished executive resumes into polished marketing collateral that communicates credibility, expertise, and executive presence. About the Team Our team consists of three experienced professionals with backgrounds including: CEO and founder of an enterprise legal AI company AI engineering and enterprise software architecture Large language models, AI implementation, and enterprise technology Collectively, we've spent years helping large organizations deploy AI technologies and are now launching a consulting practice focused on AI transformation for law firms. Project Scope Using three existing resumes and additional background information, we'd like assistance creating: Executive biographies (1 page each) A unified team profile highlighting complementary expertise A capabilities statement (1–2 pages) Marketing language describing our consulting services and differentiators Positioning focused on law firm AI transformation, legal operations, and executive advisory services Messaging that is polished, executive-level, and client-facing Additional work may include assistance with: Pitch decks Website copy Service descriptions Thought leadership content Sales presentations Ideal Experience We're looking for someone with experience writing for one or more of the following: Management consulting firms Executive advisory firms Legal consulting Big Four consulting Legal technology companies Enterprise SaaS AI or technology consulting Experience writing executive biographies for partners, founders, or C-suite leaders is strongly preferred. Deliverables Initially we'd like: Three executive bios One combined team profile One capabilities statement Recommended messaging for our consulting offering If the relationship is a good fit, we expect additional work developing marketing materials as the business grows.
