Executive Operations Partner – Founder Support

Summary

We're a scaling education technology business looking for an experienced operations partner to work closely with the founder three to four hours weekly. You'll be the connective tissue between vision and execution. Your core responsibilities: synthesize founder ideas into prioritized action plans, manage project coordination across multiple initiatives, handle administrative and logistical coordination, track progress against quarterly milestones, and serve as an accountability mirror keeping us aligned to strategy. You're not a generalist doing random tasks—you're someone who can sit in strategic sessions, ask sharp questions, spot priorities in chaos, and own the follow-through. Experience in startup operations, founder support, or fractional COO work is ideal. This is a remote role requiring strong communication, comfort with ambiguity, and genuine interest in building systems that scale. You should enjoy working closely with a founder who thinks in multiple directions and values someone who can say "that's next quarter, not next week." Hourly rate or monthly retainer negotiable based on experience. Initial commitment three months, renewable.
