This is a high-accountability, long-term engagement focused on turning raw operational and financial data into clear, decision-ready insights. Only experienced professionals with strong Power BI and business analytics capability should apply. 🔍 Scope of Work You will work with multi-franchise aged care data including: Hourly billing rates and client charges Support worker hours vs billed hours Labour cost vs revenue vs profit analysis Workforce efficiency and utilisation metrics Support worker to client ratios Weekday vs weekend performance analysis Shift patterns, meal breaks, and compliance data Franchise-level benchmarking and comparisons 📈 Key Responsibilities Design and build structured Power BI data models (star schema approach where appropriate) Develop executive and operational dashboards Define and implement KPIs aligned with real business operations Clean, transform, and structure raw Excel/data using Power Query and DAX Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and logical integrity Build dashboards that clearly show profit, workforce efficiency, and operational performance Support automated monthly reporting and updates Design solutions that can scale as the business grows 🎓 Teaching & Mentoring Requirement (Non-Negotiable) A key part of this role is hands-on teaching and mentoring. You must be able to: Teach Power BI from beginner to advanced level in a structured, practical way Explain data modelling, DAX, and dashboard logic in simple business language Mentor non-technical users so they can understand and use reports confidently Build internal capability so the system can be maintained and expanded over time ⚠️ Performance Expectations This is a review-driven engagement.
