We are entering our next phase of growth and are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Construction & Engineering industry to become an extension of our executive team. This is not an HR administration position. This is not a resume screening position. Your mission is to help us identify, recruit, and hire outstanding people while allowing our executive team to stay focused on growing the business. If you enjoy finding exceptional talent that other recruiters can't find, this opportunity is for you. Your Mission You will own the recruiting process from sourcing to finalist selection. By the time candidates reach our executive team, they should already be among the top 5–10% of everyone you have evaluated. Your job is to eliminate the noise. Our job is to make the final hiring decision. Responsibilities You will: Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, referrals, networking, and other creative methods. Identify and recruit passive candidates who are not actively searching for new opportunities. Conduct professional phone and video screening interviews. Evaluate technical qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, motivation, and career goals. Verify employment history and conduct reference checks when appropriate. Maintain detailed candidate notes within our Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR). Build long-term talent pipelines for future hiring. Schedule interviews with company leadership. Provide weekly recruiting reports and hiring metrics. Continuously improve our recruiting process.
