We are looking for experienced recruitment partners in the Philippines who can source quality housemaids and domestic workers for placement in the UAE. This is a long-term opportunity for recruiters with an existing sourcing network. Responsibilities * Source qualified housemaids and domestic workers in the Philippines. * Conduct initial screening of applicants. * Ensure candidates are genuinely interested in working in the UAE. * Coordinate with our team for interview scheduling. * Assist candidates through the required POLO/DMW legal processing until deployment. Requirements * Experience recruiting domestic workers. * Existing sourcing network in the Philippines. * Good English communication. * Reliable and responsive. * Ability to source candidates consistently. Commission * AED 500 for each successful candidate who completes the recruitment process and arrives in the UAE. * Long-term cooperation with unlimited earning potential. * Continuous hiring requirements throughout the year.
