Executive Recruiter Needed – Global Architectural Leadership Search

We are a growing New York-based architectural firm seeking an experienced recruiter to identify and recruit a senior architectural leader who can help scale our organization. This is not a traditional Project Manager search. We are open to exceptional candidates located anywhere in the world. While New York City experience is valuable, we are equally interested in leaders who have successfully managed architectural teams, overseen project delivery, implemented QA/QC systems, mentored staff, and improved operational performance in other markets. The individual we hire may come from architecture, design, technical management, project leadership, BIM leadership, studio leadership, or architectural operations backgrounds. Our primary objective is to find the strongest leader available, regardless of location. The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of architectural leadership experience Proven success managing and developing teams Strong QA/QC experience Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously Strong operational and organizational skills Experience improving workflows, systems, and project delivery Experience coordinating architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and clients Highly desirable: Architectural Operations leadership Studio Director experience Technical Director experience BIM/Revit leadership experience Experience managing distributed or international teams NYC zoning and code experience Licensed Architect credentials The recruiter we hire must be capable of conducting a global search and evaluating candidates based on leadership ability, operational impact, technical expertise, and team-building capability—not simply geographic location.
