We are expanding our footprint and seeking a sophisticated, highly consultative Sales Professional to drive our consumer client acquisition and expand our corporate business staffing partnerships. Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, strategic sales agent who possesses deep familiarity with both the Technology and Legal sectors. In this role, you will be the face of our premium career services. You will hunt, engage, and close high-ticket consumer clients (candidates looking for career transformation) and establish staffing partnerships with tech firms and corporate legal departments. This is an autonomous, high-earning opportunity perfect for an established legal recruiter, legal tech sales professional, or executive headhunter looking for unmatched commission structures and flexibility. Key Responsibilities Consumer Client Acquisition: Utilize LinkedIn and professional networks to identify and close mid-to-senior level candidates currently making $100K-$200K who want to transition to $250K+ roles. Service Upselling: Introduce clients to our specialized $50.00 AI-driven, ATS-optimized professional resume review and update service (a detailed 2-3 hour expert alignment process). B2B Business Staffing: Pitch and secure Business Staffing service agreements with corporate clients, expanding our footprint beyond individual talent representation. Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding high-net-worth clients through our high-touch executive onboarding process. What We Are Looking For Industry Intelligence: Comprehensive understanding of the corporate cultures, hiring mechanisms, and jargon within both the Tech and Legal industries. Proven Sales Track Record: Experience selling high-ticket services, executive coaching, legal tech SaaS, or agency recruitment services. Strategic Networker: Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern digital sourcing strategies. Team Centric: You will join a small, close-knit team leading our initial research and interpersonal communication outreach efforts for elite Tech and Legal career placement clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager, driving client engagement and CRM management from day one. Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the emotional intelligence required to consult senior-level executives and attorneys. Geographic Alignment: Based in or heavily networked within the San Francisco Bay Area or the Washington D.C./Arlington, VA metro areas. Commission & Pay Structure We offer a transparent, uncapped commission structure across all revenue lines: Equivalent from USD $23.07 per Hour ($48,000.00 per Year) to $173.07 per Hour ($360,000.00 per Year). 10% Commission on the consumer client-side first-year salary placement fee. 10% Commission on all standalone services, including the AI/ATS professional resume review onboarding tier. 10% Commission on the Business Staffing services revenue generated from hourly wage service agreements. Payout Terms: Quarterly Payouts. Commissions are payable on the first day of the standard business quarter following the quarter in which Natural Harmonics Careers receives payment from the client.
