Executive Sales Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative in Indonesia with a strong background in agro commodities, specifically in dry red chili imports. The ideal candidate will have an established network in the local market and a deep understanding of import procedures and buyer behavior. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and expand sales of dry red chili and other agro commodities in Indonesia * Identify and onboard new buyers, wholesalers, and distributors * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients * Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals * Coordinate with the export team for smooth order execution * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies * Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups Requirements: * Proven experience in selling/importing agro commodities (mandatory: dry red chili experience) * Strong network of buyers/importers in Indonesia * Good understanding of import regulations and documentation * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Self-motivated and target-driven * Ability to work independently and remotely What We Offer: * Attractive commission structure with high earning potential * Long-term business growth opportunity * Direct association with international suppliers * Flexible working environment
