*About the role We are hiring an executive tech VA to run point on the day to day execution for one of our coaching and online business clients. This is a detail heavy, systems heavy role. You will be the person who makes sure funnels fire correctly, emails go out on time, billing is accurate, and nothing slips through the cracks. The client holds a high standard and is meticulous about her work. Your job is to catch your own mistakes before they ever reach her, not to rely on anyone else to find them. *Tools you must know You should be confident in most of these and a fast learner on the rest: - Airtable: managing records, syncing, and confirming automations and uploads actually run - Squarespace: page edits, content updates, and light design changes - Flodesk: email builds, sequences, and sends - ThriveCart: checkout setup, billing accuracy, and subscription troubleshooting - Deadline Funnel: timers, evergreen funnels, and making sure deadlines display and reset correctly - ManyChat: automations, sequences, and keeping flows updated - Circle: managing the community space, members, posts, and access Bonus if you also know Zapier, Kit, or Stripe. *What you will own - Building and updating funnels, landing pages, and email sequences across the tools above - Keeping billing and subscriptions accurate, and flagging anything off before it becomes a problem - Confirming that automations, integrations, and uploads are firing the way they should - Updating links, timers, and assets across campaigns, then testing every change to confirm it works - Running a final quality check on your own work before it goes live or gets handed off - Managing email inboxes and handling email support, replying promptly, sorting, flagging anything that needs the client, and keeping nothing unanswered *Who you are - High attention to detail. Attention to detail is the whole job. You re-check your work, test what you build, and do not leave errors for someone else to find. - You catch and fix mistakes promptly, on your own, without needing to be told twice. - You are organized, you follow through, and you close loops without being chased. - You communicate clearly and proactively about status, blockers, and anything that looks wrong. - You stay calm and reliable *Availability You must be available during US business hours.
