About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to support our President with business development activities, lead management, and executive administrative support. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and contributing to a growing company. The selected candidate will work closely with our President while receiving day-to-day direction and collaborating with our Business Development & Marketing Director and Contract Administrator to ensure business development initiatives and follow-up activities are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Follow up with warm leads generated from networking events, conferences, and business meetings Manage and organize the President's LinkedIn inbox, connections, and professional communications Conduct outreach using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Schedule introductory meetings and appointments with prospective clients Track outreach activities and maintain organized CRM/spreadsheet records Assist with business development campaigns and client relationship management Support executive administrative tasks as assigned Attend two daily virtual check-ins at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time to review priorities, receive direction, and provide status updates Preferred Qualifications Experience in business development, sales support, or executive virtual assistance Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator Appointment setting and calendar management experience Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Spanish proficiency is a plus Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Self-starter who follows through with minimal supervision Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and project management tools Bonus Skills (Not Required) Some Recruiting or talent acquisition support Candidate sourcing and resume screening Phone screening and interview scheduling Experience supporting staffing, consulting, or professional services firms Position Details 20-40 hours per week Long-term opportunity with growth potential Starting Hourly Rate: $8.00–$14.00, depending on experience and qualifications Must be available Monday through Friday for virtual check-ins at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, dependable, and enjoys helping a growing business build relationships with new clients.
