About Us: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager to support a growing entrepreneur across multiple businesses and projects. This role combines executive assistance, social media management, content creation, customer communication, and administrative support. We are looking for a long-term team member who can grow with the organization. Healthcare, psychiatry, nursing, or mental health experience is a plus but not required. Hours (Pacific Standard Time) ● Start: 3-4 hours per day, 2-3 days per week ● Growth opportunity to: 6+ hours per day, 4-5 days per week ● Must have availability during normal Pacific Standard Time business hours (typically between 10am and 4pm PST) is required Responsibilities 1. Executive Assistant ● Manage email inboxes and communications ● Make and receive phone calls on my behalf ● Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar events ● Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-up tasks ● Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members ● Conduct research and prepare summaries ● Assist with presentations and administrative projects ● Maintain organized systems and workflows 2. Social Media & Content ● Manage Instagram, Facebook Group, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed ● Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and content ● Develop and maintain a content calendar ● Create graphics using Canva ● Respond to Instagram, Etsy, email, and social media messages ● Research content ideas and industry trends ● Assist with blogs, newsletters, and marketing content ● Track performance and provide growth recommendations Qualifications ● Previous Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Social Media Manager experience ● Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ● Strong organizational and project management skills ● Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently ● Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented ● Comfortable handling confidential information Bonus Qualifications ● Experience supporting entrepreneurs or business owners ● Healthcare, nursing, psychiatry, or mental health experience ● Video editing experience ● Etsy, email marketing, or community management experience This is a long term position. We are looking for a long-term partner who is proactive, takes initiative, communicates exceptionally well, and can help keep multiple projects moving forward efficiently.
