Seeking a detail-oriented Executive VA & Web QA Analyst for a long-term role with a fixed schedule in Los Angeles Time: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-1pm (36 hours/week). Responsibilities include managing scheduling links, booking appointments, sending reminders to reduce no-shows, auditing client websites for visual bugs, broken links, formatting errors, and mobile issues, and handling inbox triage with clear priority flagging. You should have fluent written English to critique site text and manage templated outreach. Base pay starts at $3.00/hour ($108.00/week guaranteed) with a scheduled raise after 3 months, plus an uncapped, tiered monthly bonus for closed deals from your meetings.
