# Executive Assistant for Real Estate Education Entrepreneur (Remote, Long-Term) **Rate:** $5–$15/hour (based on experience and skill set) **Type:** Part-Time → Full-Time | 20–40 hrs/week **Hours:** Overlap with US Eastern Time preferred (at least 4 hrs/day) ## About Me I run a fast-growing real estate business I'm looking for a sharp, proactive EA who can take things off my plate so I can focus on coaching, content, and growth. WORK DIRECTLY WITH OUR COO ## What You'll Do - **Inbox & Calendar Management** — triage email, draft replies, schedule calls, protect my time - **Customer Support** — respond to student questions, handle refund requests, escalate when needed (we'll train you on our program) - **CRM & Pipeline** — update leads, tag students, follow up on no-shows, manage onboarding sequences - **Project Management** — keep launches, webinars, and content schedules on track (ClickUp / Notion / Asana) - **Hiring & Team Coordination** — post jobs, screen applicants, coordinate with video editors, designers, ad buyers - **Research & Admin** — travel booking, vendor research, document organization, light bookkeeping prep - **SOPs** — document recurring tasks so we can scale ## What We're Looking For - 2+ years as an EA, VA, or operations role (bonus if for a coach, course creator, or content business) - Excellent written English — you'll be replying to students and partners in my voice - Proactive — you spot problems before I do and bring solutions, not just questions - Organized obsessively — nothing slips through the cracks - Comfortable on Zoom/Loom and async communication (Slack/Voxer) - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools ## Tools We Use (or you'll learn) - Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) - ClickUp or Notion - Slack / Voxer - Kajabi / GoHighLevel / Skool (or similar course/CRM platforms) - Zoom, Calendly, Loom - Stripe, ConvertKit, Zapier (bonus) ## Bonus Skills (Higher Rate) - Light copywriting (emails, social captions) - Canva / basic design - Funnel or automation experience (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make) - Bookkeeping (QuickBooks / spreadsheet P&L tracking) - Experience in the coaching, course, or info-product space ## How to Apply Please include: 1. **One sentence at the top**: *"I read the full job post and the word is TAXSALE."* (filters out copy-paste applications) 2. **Brief intro** — who you are, where you're based, your time zone 3. **Relevant experience** — 2–3 EA/VA roles, ideally for coaches or online businesses 4. **Tools** you're proficient with 5. **Your hourly rate** within the $5–$15 range 6. **Availability** — hours per week + time zone overlap with US Eastern 7. **A short Loom video (2–3 min)** — introduce yourself and tell me about the most complex project you've managed (this isn't required but top candidates always send one) ## What Success Looks Like - Week 1–2: Onboarded, owning my inbox and calendar - Month 1: Running customer support and team coordination independently - Month 3: Driving projects forward without needing direction — you're indispensable Long-term role.
