Executive function and accountability coach for daily support to accomplish monthly goals

I am looking for a highly proactive virtual partner to provide intensive, daily executive functioning support. While I have clear, high-level strategic plans for my career and family goals, I struggle to stay fully grounded in the execution once projects get moving. I need an immersive, day-to-day accountability partner to provide real-time behavioral cues and high-frequency check-ins to maintain my operational momentum. The core objective of this role is to keep me anchored to my long-term goals and North Star, ensuring daily tasks directly align with the bigger picture. Scope of Work: -Daily Check-ins: Maintain a high-touch virtual presence throughout the week to keep tasks moving forward. - Behavioral Scaffolding: Implement specific behavioral cues and frameworks to prevent distraction the second momentum starts to shift. - Real-Time Accountability: Act as a virtual "shadow" or mirror to ensure alignment between my daily actions and long-term milestones. - Process Maintenance: Help me stay anchored to established workflows without getting lost in the details. Ideal Candidate: - Background in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Executive Coaching, or High-Level Executive Support. - Deep understanding of executive functioning challenges, ADHD-adjacent behaviors, or productivity scaffolding. - Exceptional communication skills with a firm, professional, and structured approach to accountability.
