Expandi & LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Expandi specialist to revamp our LinkedIn lead generation setup for Next Level Freelancer (NLF), a Dutch community and training program for IT freelancers. Next to our existing advertising campaigns, we want to use LinkedIn outreach to start conversations, drive traffic to our website, and convert leads directly to community membership. We already have Expandi, HubSpot, and an active LinkedIn presence in place. This is not a greenfield project - we need someone who can come in, assess what we have, and set it up properly. We have a strong LinkedIn presence with regular content, and a HubSpot database of 2,000+ existing leads to work with. What you will do - Setup a new campaign strategy: targeting, messaging sequences, triggers, and conversion goals - Rebuild and properly configure our Expandi campaigns, including connection requests, follow-up sequences, and automations. - Align outreach with our existing LinkedIn content and inbound activity - Deliver a clean handover with documentation so we can manage and iterate going forward - the message setup can be generic. We will refine them ourselves What we are looking for Proven hands-on experience with Expandi (share examples or results) Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach best practices and safety limits Experience integrating LinkedIn outreach with HubSpot Able to advise on strategy, not just execute Clear communicator in English Nice to have Experience with B2B SaaS, community, or training/education audiences Familiarity with the Dutch freelance or IT market Scope and budget This is a short, focused project. We estimate approximately 5 hours of work at $85/hour (+/- $500 total). Depending on results, there may be opportunity for ongoing collaboration. Selection process We will conduct up to three interviews with the strongest candidates. These conversations will cover your strategic thinking on our specific situation as well as tactical knowledge of Expandi and LinkedIn outreach. Come prepared to share your approach.
