Expanding the functionality of a CAD and GIS data viewer

We would like to expand the existing CAD and GIS data viewer in our ASP.NET Web Forms application (using the DevExpress Framework). The freelancer who had been overseeing this project is no longer available due to a career change. That is why we are seeking support here—either limited to the planned, minor expansion of the program or as a long-term collaboration on the further development of this tool. The geometries come from two different sources: - spatial data that are stored in MS SQL Server tables - svg files that can be overlayed over other layers (using SVG, Newtonsoft.Json, Raphael.js) What is this about? We have a CAD and GIS data viewer that displays geometries from two different sources in the browser - spatial data stored in MS SQL Server tables - SVG files that can be overlaid on other layers (using SVG, Newtonsoft.Json, and Raphael.js) We have basic layer management and simple editing functions, which will be expanded gradually. Specifically, the site is to be expanded to include two additional layers. The geometries for the two additional layers are selected using a stored procedure. About Realisation: We have installed the entire project on a computer (Visual Studio 2017) that is accessible via Remote Desktop for the implementation of this project.
