AI trainers are the human experts who teach, evaluate, and correct AI systems so models learn to produce more accurate, useful, and human-aligned outputs. We are not looking for generalists but those with specific domain expertise (ex: finance, accounting, mechanical engineering, healthcare, legal, real estate, film & video, manufacturing, social work etc).
