Summary Description We are seeking a website reviewer with experience in UX, website structure, and technical optimization to evaluate our think tank website and provide recommendations for improving usability, navigation, and overall user experience. This role is focused on structure and functionality rather than content writing. Scope of Work The selected consultant will: * Review all website pages and navigation. * Identify broken links and technical issues. * Detect duplicate pages and unnecessary content. * Recommend pages that should be merged or removed. * Review URL structures and naming conventions. * Identify pages with incorrect titles (e.g., "Home Copy", "Page Copy 2", etc.). * Assess menu organization and navigation flow. * Recommend improvements to homepage structure. * Review mobile responsiveness and usability. * Evaluate page loading performance. * Identify missing call-to-action buttons. * Suggest ways to improve accessibility and user experience. * Review whether visitors can easily locate projects, publications, events, and leadership information. * Check consistency of fonts, spacing, and layout. * Identify dead-end pages and orphan pages. * Review metadata, page titles, and SEO structure. * Recommend improvements for search functionality and filtering. * Provide screenshots and a prioritized list of issues. Candidate requirements: * Experience in website UX, UI, SEO, WordPress, or digital product optimization. * Familiarity with international organization, nonprofit, university, or think tank websites is preferred. * Strong understanding of information architecture and website usability. * Ability to provide practical recommendations without necessarily rebuilding the website. Deliverable A comprehensive website review report with categorized recommendations (Critical / High / Medium / Low Priority). Please find attached a spreadsheet containing hypothetical examples intended solely to demonstrate the level of detail and specificity expected in the audit report. These examples are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as actual findings or as the full scope of the assignment. Reviewers are encouraged to identify additional issues and provide practical, actionable and to the point recommendations beyond the category of issues included in the spreadsheet.
