Experienced Amazon FBA Specialist Needed for New Shop Setup and Scaling

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA specialist to take full ownership of our Amazon presence, including setting up and scaling a new shop. We are an established skincare & haircare brand with more than 11 years in the market. Millions of people already know the brand and customers already find us organically. Right now we are doing around 10k to 15k per month on Amazon with almost zero optimization and no real scaling strategy. Our goal is clear. We want to grow this to at least 100k per month within 6 months with our Hero product. If you can help us get there, we are open to a very serious performance based bonus on top of your monthly fee. We want someone who thinks like an owner and is confident enough in their skills to go for results, not just tasks. Important availability requirement!! This is a full time only role. What you will do: COMPLETE REHAUL of the USA store Set up Canada store Set up Germany store Do keyword research and listing optimization Set up and manage Amazon PPC Analyze sales data and performance trends Improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall revenue Make sure everything follows Amazon policies and best practices Build and scale the new shop in a structured and profitable way What we are looking for: Proven experience managing Amazon FBA brands A clear track record with real active accounts you currently manage or have managed Strong understanding of listing optimization, PPC, and Amazon SEO A data driven mindset with a focus on growth and profit Someone who can work independently and take real ownership Someone who can commit full time and handle a high workload What you get?
