Experienced 2D Animator/Motion Graphics Wanted for Long-Term YouTube Project (2D Flat Style)

We are looking for talented 2D animators, for our YouTube channel. Start on a project base, but aiming for a long-term collaboration. The visual style is strictly inspired by the channel @AgentFlappy (clean, fun, 2D Flat Design with expressive character movement). We want to find reliable partners. For the right freelancer who delivers great results, this project offers a clear path to becoming a permanent, long-term core member of our production team, with future opportunities for growth and channel-supported training. What We Provide: - Voiceover - Script. - Original character concepts. - Professional, streamlined communication. Video Details & Requirements: - Length: 10–12 minutes per video. - Style: 2D Flat Animation (focus on comedic timing, clean assets, and engaging visual pacing, NOT Disney-Style). - Turnaround: Standard delivery within 10 days per video (faster turnaround is highly welcomed if quality remains top-tier). - Final Deliverable: Fully edited, finished YouTube video. COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive base rate paid per project/video length, plus an attractive, cumulative bonus structure based on video or channel performance.
