Experienced Arabic Quiz Question Manager – Kuwait/GCC Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Arabic Quiz Content Manager for a long-term monthly role. We are building a new Kuwaiti quiz game called Idmanha (اضمنها). The game has recently launched and is still growing, so we are looking for someone reliable who can grow with the project and take long-term responsibility for the question content. The selected person will be responsible for managing, reviewing, improving, and expanding the question content only. This role does not involve programming, design, marketing, payments, or customer support. ## About the game The game is played between two teams. Each question contains: * 10 correct answers * 3 believable traps The correct answers are arranged from the easiest and most obvious answer to the hardest and least obvious answer. The scoring system is: * Answer 1 = 100 points * Answer 2 = 200 points * Answer 3 = 300 points * Answer 4 = 400 points * Answer 5 = 500 points * Answer 6 = 600 points * Answer 7 = 700 points * Answer 8 = 800 points * Answer 9 = 900 points * Answer 10 = 1,000 points Answer 1 should normally be the easiest, most famous, or most obvious answer. Answer 10 should be the hardest and least obvious valid answer, which is why it gives the highest number of points. The three traps should be believable, relevant to the question, and capable of confusing players. They should not be random or obviously incorrect. ## Main responsibilities The selected person will be responsible for: * Reviewing the existing database of 1,200+ questions * Reviewing user reports about possible mistakes * Correcting inaccurate answers, rankings, traps, spelling, and wording * Checking reported questions and deciding whether changes are needed * Adding new questions regularly * Improving weak, outdated, unclear, repetitive, or poorly researched questions * Ensuring that every question has 10 valid answers and 3 believable traps * Verifying information through reliable sources * Reviewing the difficulty and order of the answers * Making sure Answer 1 is easier than Answer 10 * Organizing and maintaining questions across more than 40 categories * Identifying categories that need more questions * Suggesting new questions and category ideas * Keeping the Arabic natural, clear, and suitable for Kuwaiti and Gulf players * Providing regular updates about completed work, corrections, reports, and new questions The person will be responsible only for the question content and its quality. ## Categories The game contains more than 40 categories, including: * Kuwaiti TV series * Kuwaiti plays * Kuwaiti and Gulf actors and actresses * Western TV series * Arabic and international movies * Football * History * Geography * General knowledge * Cars * Brands * Kuwait-related topics * Entertainment * Sports * Other general and specialized categories Some categories may require specialist knowledge. If the selected manager does not have enough knowledge in a specific category, they may recommend or coordinate with a suitable specialist. Any additional hiring or specialist payment must be approved by us in advance. Approved specialist costs will be paid separately and will not be deducted from the manager’s monthly payment. ## Candidate requirements We are looking for someone who is: * Native or fluent in Arabic * Preferably located in Kuwait or another GCC country * Familiar with Kuwaiti and Gulf culture * Experienced in research, editing, content management, trivia, quizzes, education, games, media, or a similar field * Excellent at fact-checking and online research * Able to review and manage a large existing question database * Honest, reliable, organized, and responsible * Careful with small details * Responsive and able to communicate clearly * Able to work independently * Interested in a long-term role * Willing to grow with a new project Previous experience managing content, reviewing large amounts of information, or supervising other content contributors is strongly preferred. ## Important note about AI We are not looking for someone who depends mainly on ChatGPT or other AI tools to generate and submit questions. AI may be used only as a supporting tool for brainstorming or assisting with research. Every question, answer, ranking, trap, and source must be manually reviewed, researched, and verified before submission. Copied, inaccurate, unsupported, unverified, or fully AI-generated work will not be accepted. We value genuine knowledge, careful research, honesty, and attention to detail. ## Payment and long-term opportunity * Starting fixed monthly payment: $200 * The first month will be a paid trial period * The role is intended to continue long term if the quality, accuracy, communication, and reliability are good * The monthly payment may increase in the future based on performance, workload, responsibilities, and the growth of the game * Approved specialist costs for difficult categories will be paid separately * The exact monthly workload and priorities will be agreed upon before starting The game is new and growing.
