Looking for architect with experience and professionalism to redesign home . Must be very knowledgeable and reliable. 2 story home Adjust floor plans and elevations from existing plans. CAD software experience is mandatory. Knowledge of MEP. attached is a project on a small ADU that we need to change a bit because of the requirements by the county. As you can see most of it’s done, but we have to now change it up a little bit. Please quote your fee. Flat fees only. NO GAMES, MUST BE RELIABLE.
