Experienced B2B Outreach & Appointment Setter — UK Aesthetics Market — Commission Only

We’re looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to generate qualified appointments with business owners and decision-makers. This is an independent contractor, commission-only role. You will focus on personalised outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and other suitable digital channels. This is not a cold-calling, marketing-management or closing position—we will conduct the sales calls and close the business. Your responsibilities - Work from prospect lists and information we provide - Conduct personalised outreach - Start genuine conversations with decision-makers - Qualify prospects against our criteria - Follow up consistently - Book qualified appointments in our calendar - Keep accurate records of conversations and outcomes Commission You’ll earn 10% of each client’s first three monthly payments collected when the client originates from an appointment you set. Our high-ticket offers currently include: - £2,750 per month (approximately US$3,700): £275/approximately US$370 commission per payment—up to £825/approximately US$1,110 per client - NZ$8,333 per month (approximately US$4,915): approximately NZ$833/US$492 commission per payment—up to NZ$2,500/approximately US$1,475 per client - NZ$15,000 per month (approximately US$8,845): NZ$1,500/approximately US$885 commission per payment—up to NZ$4,500/approximately US$2,655 per client USD figures are approximate and will change with exchange rates. The commission is calculated from the client’s contracted currency, not the approximate USD figure. We’re looking for someone who - Has proven B2B appointment-setting experience - Has experience booking appointments for high-ticket services - Is confident using LinkedIn and social-media outreach - Can qualify prospects rather than simply fill the calendar - Communicates professionally and follows up consistently - Is comfortable working independently and on commission
