Experienced Billing Representative Needed for Rev.io Platform

Our company provides business communication and technology services, and we need someone detail-oriented, reliable, and organized to assist with customer billing operations, invoicing, account management, and general billing support. Responsibilities Manage and process customer billing through Rev.io Generate and review invoices for accuracy Handle billing adjustments, credits, and disputes Reconcile accounts and identify billing discrepancies Assist with telecom/VoIP service billing and account setup Communicate with customers regarding billing questions Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Coordinate with internal support and sales teams when needed Requirements Proven experience using Rev.io Previous telecom, VoIP, MSP, or SaaS billing experience preferred Strong understanding of recurring billing and invoice management Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills in English Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with spreadsheets and reporting tools is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience with VoIP or telecom billing Familiarity with taxes, surcharges, and telecom-related fees Experience working with customer support ticketing systems Knowledge of QuickBooks or accounting integrations is a plus Position Details Remote position Part-time or Full-time available Long-term opportunity for the right candidate To Apply Please include: Your experience with Rev.io Previous telecom or VoIP billing experience Examples of similar work completed Your availability and hourly rate You can also add screening questions like: How many years of experience do you have with Rev.io?
