Experienced Bookkeeper Needed for QuickBooks Management (US Accounting)

We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks to manage our financial records and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US accounting principles and hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and are highly responsive, we want to hear from you! Important: The hired freelancer must personally perform all work. No outsourcing, subcontracting, or team-based work. Scope of Work: - QuickBooks Online - 7 credit cards in total, with approximately 4 actively used - Approximately 50 transactions per month - All bank and credit card accounts are connected to QuickBooks - Bookkeeping catch-up required for January-June 2026 - Reconcile accounts and ensure transactions are categorized correctly - 2025 bookkeeping is complete and closed Please Include: - Your QuickBooks experience - Your experience with US-based bookkeeping - Your proposed one-time fee for the January-June 2026 catch-up - Your proposed fixed monthly fee for ongoing bookkeeping - Confirmation that you will personally perform all work We are looking for a reliable, long-term bookkeeping partner who communicates clearly and works independently.
