Experienced CPA or EA Needed for S-Corp Financial Cleanup

We are seeking an experienced CPA to assist with the cleanup of our S-Corp financials. I have reconstructed several years of activity from bank records and identified multiple material errors in returns filed by the prior preparer. I have prepared draft cashflow statements (2019–2025, all reconciling to zero variance) and a multi-year shareholder stock-basis workbook (2019–2025). I'd like to engage you for the items that require a licensed professional and to review/sign the amended returns. My priorities: cost-effectiveness, audit avoidance, and getting the amended 2023 (and likely 2024) returns filed before the property sale closes. Amended 2023 Form 1120-S — remove phantom asset and fictitious loan, restore real depreciation, reclassify equity (book historical infusions as Additional Paid-in Capital), report distributions. Amended 2023 Form 1040 — with corrected K-1. Amended 2024 Form 1120-S — fix depreciation anomaly, add $4,000 unreported cash receipts, report distributions. Amended 2024 Form 1040 — with corrected K-1. Form 3115 (§481(a) depreciation correction, ~$11,155) — requires licensed professional. 2025 Form 1120-S — two-activity return: rental income + wind-down.
