Experienced Cold Caller Needed for Mortgage Lending Company About Us We are a growing mortgage lending company seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller to help us connect with prospective borrowers and generate qualified leads for our loan officers. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners and prospective borrowers using provided lead lists Introduce our mortgage products and services in a professional manner Identify potential clients interested in refinancing, purchasing a home, or exploring loan options Ask qualifying questions and gather basic borrower information Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to our loan officers Accurately document call outcomes and notes in our CRM Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational approach Requirements Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Clear, confident speaking voice Ability to handle objections and keep conversations positive Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Experience in mortgage lending, real estate, finance, or insurance is a strong plus Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
