Experienced Commercial Cleaning Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

Seeking an experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller with a proven track record in the commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or related B2B service industries. This role is responsible for prospecting businesses, reaching decision-makers, generating interest in our services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. We are looking for a professional who is confident on the phone, highly organized, persistent, and capable of representing our company with excellence. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for a true outbound sales professional who enjoys prospecting, overcoming objections, and opening doors with business decision-makers. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers. * Generate qualified appointments for our commercial cleaning sales team. * Identify and research target prospects within assigned territories. * Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers. * Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation. * Accurately document activities, notes, and outcomes within our CRM. * Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and outreach campaigns. * Maintain appointment-setting goals and performance metrics. * Provide feedback on market conditions, competitor activity, and prospect needs. Requirements Required Experience * Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling experience. * Previous appointment-setting experience in: * Commercial Cleaning * Janitorial Services * Facility Services * Building Maintenance * Property Management Services * Security Services * Landscaping Services * Other B2B service industries English Communication Skills Exceptional English speaking skills are mandatory. Applicants must: * Speak fluent, professional English with minimal accent interference. * Be able to comfortably converse with business owners, executives, facility managers, and property managers. * Demonstrate excellent grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills. * Sound confident, professional, and natural during business conversations.
