I am looking for an experienced copy editor for my completed 52,000 word contemporary hockey romance novel. The story is a slow-burn, low-spice romance set in the world of professional hockey. Experience editing romance fiction is required. I am looking for someone who can: Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax Improve sentence flow and readability while preserving my voice Flag awkward or repetitive wording Ensure consistency in style, formatting, and dialogue Polish the manuscript without changing its tone or writing style Please include the following in your proposal: Your experience editing romance novels (especially sports romance, if applicable) Your estimated turnaround time Your professional website or any client references The manuscript has been through 4 rounds of editing and will have already gone through beta readers prior to copy editing.
