Experienced Customer Support Representative (30+ hrs/week Temp to Long-Term)

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team for a long-term opportunity. This role is approximately 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the potential for additional hours over time. Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls professionally Make outbound customer calls as needed Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally Resolve customer questions and issues with empathy and efficiency Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records Update customer information and document interactions Work closely with our team to ensure an excellent customer experience Required Experience Please apply only if you have: 2+ years of customer support experience Experience with inbound and outbound phone support Experience handling customer support via email Hands-on experience using: RingCentral Zendesk Google Docs / Google Workspace Excellent written and spoken English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Requirements Must be located in the United States Reliable high-speed internet Quiet home office suitable for taking customer calls Available to work Monday–Friday When Applying Please include: A brief summary of your customer support experience.
