Experienced DISC Trainer

We are looking for a dynamic and certified DISC Trainer to deliver an impactful leadership workshop. If you are a facilitator who loves breaking down behavioral styles, sparking great group discussions, and helping professional teams unlock better communication strategies, we would love to have you on board for this project. About the Project The goal is to optimize leadership team dynamics using the DISC framework to gain deeper self-awareness, improve internal communication, and build stronger collaboration habits across management styles. We need a true expert who does not just read off a slide deck, but instead brings the data to life with real-world scenarios, interactive exercises, and highly practical coaching strategies. What you will be doing Customizing the alignment: Connect with our internal management team to review the profile, understand the unique workplace goals, and tailor the workshop flow to fit specific leadership competencies. Facilitating the core workshop: Lead a highly interactive training session focused on unpacking the core DISC framework, which covers Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. Debriefing the profile results: Guide the leadership group through their individual and team assessment reports in an approachable, eye-opening way that connects data to everyday workplace behaviors. Providing actionable management tools: Equip these corporate leaders with concrete, practical strategies they can implement immediately to handle conflicts, improve delegation habits, and collaborate effectively across different behavioral styles. What we are looking for You hold an official DISC Certification: You are fully certified through a recognized organization to administer, interpret, and debrief DISC assessments. You have strong corporate training experience: You have a proven track record of running successful workshops or coaching sessions focused on leadership development, emotional intelligence, or team dynamics. You possess exceptional presentation energy: You know exactly how to keep adult learners awake, active, and fully engaged throughout a session. You understand how to facilitate with people rather than just talking at them. You are an analytical yet practical communicator: You can take psychometric assessment scores and seamlessly translate them into clear, everyday management advice that anyone can understand.
