Experienced Data Analyst Power BI Developer Needed for PDF Data Extraction

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Power BI Developer with experience in PDF data extraction, ETL workflows, data wrangling, and Excel reporting automation. Your main task will be to extract targeted data, KPIs, financial figures, and structured information from PDF reports and convert them into a clean, analysis ready Excel workbook for business intelligence, analytics, and reporting purposes. This is a small starter task. If the work quality and accuracy are good, we will hire for long term projects related to Data Analysis, Power BI dashboards, ETL pipelines, reporting automation, and business intelligence solutions. Responsibilities Extract data from structured and unstructured PDF reports Perform ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes Clean and organize datasets for reporting and analytics Build structured Excel sheets with formulas, formatting, and pivot tables Validate extracted data and perform QA checks Prepare analysis ready datasets for Power BI and reporting workflows Apply descriptive analytics, KPI summaries, and calculated fields Deliverables Clean and structured Excel workbook (.xlsx) Analysis ready dataset with proper schema and formatting Accurate KPI and metrics extraction Fully validated and error free output Short extraction notes and reporting summary Bonus Points Candidates with GitHub repositories, Power BI portfolio samples, ETL projects, PDF extraction automation work, or business intelligence dashboards will be preferred.
